Favorite Ride: Lake Helen & Orange Blossoms
The Florida State Flower is the Orange Blossom and during Bike Week this spring you'll be lucky enough to be in town when these fragrant flowers begin to blossom.  The spring blooms produce fruit in the fall.  That's when you can pick your oranges and make orange juice, which just so happens to be the state beverage (yep that's right we have a state beverage, designated in 1967).

While you're visiting this spring, take a ride to the small, quaint town of Lake Helen.  There you'll find orange groves and because you're on a bike, you can smell the amazing perfume of the blooms - really, there's nothing like it anywhere else in the U.S.

This is one of my favorite rides each spring and it just may be yours too!
